We
spent two days recording at Untapped Talent and we can't thank Matt
enough for the effort and enthusiasm he put into getting the sound the
way we wanted. It was great to go to a studio where the Engineer really
cares about the way the tracks sound and also gives advice, but at the
same time allows the band the freedom to make decisions on what they
want to get out of their time in the studio.
Untapped talent is
highly recommended to all bands who want to get good sounding tracks
recorded in a relaxed environment. I'm sure we will be back !

We are one of the best recording studios in Hampshire for all of your needs no matter if your a professional singer/artiste, in a band or even just a beginner. We offer a competitive price for all our services that we offer and understand schedules that people have to work around and due to this we are the only studio in Hampshire possibly even in the whole of England to be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so whether its morning or night you will be able to come and record at our studio. Also with our policy on, no minimum / no maximum time limit, you can enjoy spending as little or as much time as you want, which at most studios is not offered due to minimum time restrictions. Also our prices are at a fixed rate of £15 per hour as we feel that many studios out-price the majority of musicians who just don't have the funds to foward their career and make quality recorded music.

Engineers/Producers
Matt O'Donnell
As studio manager, producer/engineer and owner of Untapped Talent, Matt has worked with companies such as 'Silent Soundz' 'Sony BMG' 'SKY' and the theatre company 'Smile Productions'. Matt has been involved in the music industry for over seven years and he has studied at various levels throughout his career including one of the top university in London studying music technology. Before Matt's decision to go into music production he had also been part of a once rising vocal group and then went on to be a solo artist. Matt has worked and recorded in many recording studios throughout the UK and is highly experienced in the world of music. Matt's previous studio projects have included awards winning Welsh rockers 'Bullet For My Valentine' who have sold over a million copies of their first album. Up & coming British hip-hop artist 'Brotherman' and former Def Jam artist 'Aaron Soul' and many other established acts.
Mike Brown
Mike works within the studio as a freelance producer and sound engineer for Untapped Talent. Mike's experience spands from a Degree in Popular Music and Record Production with British Media and Cultural Studies BA to working as an events organiser for bands in his previous job role. Mike specialises in live band recordings and the alternative/rock genre.
All
this experience along with other professional freelance engineers and
producers who also work with the studio makes Untapped Talent the ideal
studio for any level of musician or singer.
